Latest status report on DStv Premiership clubs
The new 2022-23 DStv Premiership season is almost here as the league gets under way on Friday when Cape Town City host champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
There are a full round of games this weekend and a chance for fans to see their club’s new players in action. With that in mind, we update all the latest transfers with the window only set to close on September 22.
AMAZULU
First game: vs TS Galaxy (August 7, away)

Summary: AmaZulu got all their business done early and have been quiet since as they build up to the new campaign.

Summary: City have confirmed they have signed Lebo Manyama, subject to his knee injury being assessed and there being no long-term issues with it. He was captain of the side in their maiden 2016/17 DStv Premiership campaign before leaving for Turkey.
